Our focus is the small to mid-size organization making the transition from entrepreneurship to more professional management. We assist in the articulation of a clear vision, formulation of supporting strategies, and the creation of operational goal systems. Facilitation of the Mission building process and guidance in the development of an organization structure to support operational goals are an integral part of our offerings.

Our client is the CEO/President/leader of the enterprise. Frequently, our role is that of confidant and coach, although much of our work is with other people at all levels in the company.

We are shirt sleeve consultants, driven by the application of proven concepts and methods to achieve measurable improvement in people's performance. We are facilitators, guides and catalysts. Our purpose is to help our clients "make it happen." They make the decisions; they reap the benefits.

We use various tools and methods to enhance productivity, improve communications, create systems and procedures and develop management effectiveness. Improving the hiring and people retention process is one of our key result areas.

Improved profitablity and overall organizational effectiveness is the ultimate objective.
